Getting Started

As a typical middle child, I found myself searching for my own unique identity.  I tried to be the crazy cat lady, the fire starter, the mullet maven, but nothing seemed to fit.  Finally, out of sheer desperation, I turned to arts and crafts.  It has gotten me through a lot of bad situations, bad decisions, and bad hair cuts.  So, I have decided to set a goal using my crafting to make 52 homemade gifts  in 2012.  Truth be told, I am not completely sure I can do it, and they may not all be winners.  But, as I refuse to make new year's resolutions, this is as close to one as I am going to get.  And so it begins...
